We are looking to love some Bacon Cheddar Corn Muffins ’round these parts. What’s not to love, anyway? I mean, it’s cornbread, and cheese, and BACON. All in a cute little muffin form. It’s amazing, I’ll tell you what. Fluffy, crumbly, flavorful, and suuuuper easy to make. They are the perfect accompaniment to breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, linder, and all the other meals with weird names that people invent because it’s not a traditional meal time. Word.

You all know how much I love bacon. From my Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Rolls, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers, and Cheesy Bacon Egg Bake, it’s my heart. Nom. And I am kind of obsessed with Farmland® bacon, because it’s thick, and it cooks up so well! I always bake my bacon in the oven at 400 degrees, and every batch that I’ve made so far has come out spectacularly! No sudden burning, no half-cooked, half-limp pieces. OK, so that might say more about my oven, but really, it means the bacon is evenly sliced, so it cooks the same from end to end. That’s important!
To celebrate the season of sharing and caring, Farmland® wants everyone to know that while milk and cookies are great, Santa would really like some gloriously amazing BACON for Christmas! From now until December 24th, for every person that pledges on social media to leave Santa some bacon on Christmas Eve, Farmland® will donate one pound of protein to a local food bank, up to 25,000 pounds total! How amazing is that!
All you have to do to make the pledge is share the hashtag #BaconForSanta on social media! To learn more about the Bacon for Santa campaign from Jolly Old St. Nick himself, visit FarmlandBaconClub.com where you can also sign up for exclusive bacon content and a chance to win a super cool Santa Bacon sweater, now through December 31st!
So head to the store, grab some Farmland® bacon, and make some Bacon Cheddar Corn Muffins for Santa this year!

Just read recipe for bacon cheddar corn muffins and am a little confused. Unless I missed it, the recipe does not specify bacon as cooked or raw when added to other ingredients. I am guessing raw but would like to be sure as bacon is rather expensive today. Also, that much bacon is going to seriously impact both salt and fat content if not precooked.
