Ingredients

  • ¼ cup gluten free baking mix 1:1 variety
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons Two Good™ Greek lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes*. Remove from microwave and allow to cool completely. Enjoy immediately.

*Timing based on 1000 watt microwave. Since all microwaves are different, timing may need to be adjusted.
