Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pizza dough as directed and stretch to create a 12 inch crust.
Spread the olive oil over the dough, sprinkle generously with salt, then add the salami, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with the fresh basil, drizzle with balsamic reduction, cut into 8 slices and serve hot.
