Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep a baking sheet with Alexia Crispy Onion Rings and bake as directed on the package.
In a small bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, bacon, and garlic powder. Stir gently to combine, then add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Separate the ground beef into 6, ¼ lb balls then pound out into patties sprinkle with salt. Cover with a thick layer of cracked peppercorns. Place the patties, pepper side down, on a griddle or grill pan preheated to medium-high and allow to sear for 3-4 minutes. Turn the temperature down to medium, then flip the patties and allow to cook for additional 5 minutes for medium and 7 for well done.
Add a slice of gouda cheese to each patty, then place on a cut bun, top with onion rings and then the top bun, slathered with a generous helping of bacon aioli. Serve with a side of Alexia Sweet Potato Fries and the remaining bacon aioli for dipping.
