Spicy Southwestern Cheese Fries

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Frozen French Fries thin or shoestring variety
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 C Leftover Smithfield Spicy Southwest Peppercorn Dry Seasoned Ribs warmed
  • 2 C Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ C Green Onion sliced
  • ¼ C Cilantro roughly torn
  • 1 Serrano Pepper sliced
  • 1 Habañero sliced

Instructions

  • Cook frozen fries as directed on package. While they are cooking, mix together the salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika. Sprinkle over fries when done cooking, and toss lightly to coat.
  • Heat oven to 450 degrees. Chop or shred the leftover rib meat and sprinkle over the fries. Add the cheese, then green onions. Place in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  • Top with cilantro, Serrano and Habañero peppers and serve with a side of ranch dressing.
