Ingredients

For the Marinade

  • ¼ C Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Mille Sel De Guerande Spicy Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 Black Sea Bass Filets 4 oz each

For the Mango and Black Bean Salad

  • 1 Large Mango diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 15 oz Can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ Green Onions diced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, spicy salt, and olive oil. Place the sea bass filets in a large bowl and coat with half of the marinade. Let sit covered in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • While the fish marinates, combine the mango, bell pepper, black beans, and green onion in a large bowl. Toss with remaining marinade and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet to medium high. Add a couple tablespoons of olive oil, then add the sea bass filets and cook for 6 minutes, flipping the filets halfway through. Serve immediately with a heart portion of the mango and black bean salad.

Notes

You can cook the fish with the skin attached or removed. We personally cooked with the skin on.
