Easy Instant Cherry Ice Cream
Vibrant and flavorful, this Instant Cherry Ice Cream is a perfect treat! A 3 ingredient ice cream recipe with both dark and tart cherries, this soft serve ice cream recipe whips up right in your food processor and can be served immediately!
- 24 oz frozen cherries dark, tart, or combo
- 3/4 cup Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch kosher salt optional
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth, around 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed, then serve soft immediately or transfer to a metal baking pan and freeze until firm—around 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
