Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese
- 2 Slices Texas Toast
- 2 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Slice Gouda
- 2 Tbsp Bacon Jam
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Prepare the sandwich by placing the three slices of cheese on one slice of Texas Toast, and the bacon jam on the other. Put on slice of bread on top of the other, so that the cheese and bacon jam are on the inside.
Heat a large frying pan on medium, then add 1 tablespoon of butter to melt. Add the sandwich and allow to sit and cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is beginning to melt, around 4 minutes. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter, flip the sandwich over onto the melted butter and continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes, or until the bottom is also golden brown. Serve immediately.
