Easy Summer Recipes | Pantry Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf French Baguette
  • ¼ C Olive Oil
  • 1 14.5 oz Can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ C Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette into thin pieces and layer them across a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the tops with olive oil, then bake for 25 minutes, or until they begin to brown.
  • Drain the can of tomatoes very well, then combine in a bowl with the feta, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix gently.
  • Spoon (or scoop) onto toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
