In a large bowl, combine the apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice and toss thoroughly. Divide the apples equally between four single-serving skillets, ramekins, or another oven-safe dish. Drizzle each dish 2 tablespoons of the salted caramel.
Divide the dough into four equal portions and crumble large chunks over each dish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until scones are golden brown. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
