To start, in the bottom of a small pot, add the water and Sweet'N Low. Bring to a boil, then add the cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and breaking down, but not completely mushy. Remove from heat and cool completely.
In a low ball glass, add the lime juice and mint leaves as well as couple ice cubes and muddle the mint until it starts to break into pieces. Add the cranberry mixture, then fill the glass completely with ice. Add the rum, then the club soda, garnish with a slice of lime, fresh cranberries and mint, and serve immediately.
