Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

  • ½ C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Scoops OLLY Vanilla Nourishing Smoothie Protein Powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¾ C Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, protein powder, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, then stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, uncover, gently stir, and enjoy!


*Prep Time does not denote refrigeration time. I recommend making it before bed and letting it sit overnight, otherwise 8 hours is sufficient.
**If you'd like to top it with some cinnamon roll style frosting, simply whisk together a teaspoon of softened cream cheese with two tablespoons of powdered sugar and a teaspoon or two of milk!
