In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, protein powder, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, then stir thoroughly to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, uncover, gently stir, and enjoy!

*Prep Time does not denote refrigeration time. I recommend making it before bed and letting it sit overnight, otherwise 8 hours is sufficient.**If you'd like to top it with some cinnamon roll style frosting, simply whisk together a teaspoon of softened cream cheese with two tablespoons of powdered sugar and a teaspoon or two of milk!
