Over the past few days I’ve made quite the effort to get the kitchen back in order. It can be soooo hard keeping everything clean when you’re catering to three babies. The chicken is marinated in kosher salt, pepper, lemon zest and olive oil, then grilled until no longer pink.
The sauce consists of 1/4C packed fresh basil, 1TBSP walnut pieces and 1.5TBSP of olive oil put through a food processor. The amount is good for two servings.
