3 Ingredient Red Sangria | asimplepantry.comOMG HI THERE HAVE YOU MISSED ME I MISSED YOU!!!!! What a wild mess these last few days have been, wow. You know those massive hack attacks that have been happening to banks and corporations? Well that is what happened to my host and data center. Freaking crazy. But you know what? It makes this 3 Ingredient Red Sangria post a great way to start blog life after an attack. Cause, all the alcohol zomg.

I actually learned this exact recipe when I was HEB a couple weekends ago! I was only there to buy a few foods for my husband’s birthday, but HEB had a bunch of delicious drink tastings happening, and Lord knows I cannot resist trying a new drink or seven. OK, so I didn’t have seven. But I did thimble four different varieties of sangria, and this one was my FAVE. Like hands down. Simple ingredients, simply delicious.

3 Ingredient Red Sangria | asimplepantry.com3 Ingredient Red Sangria | asimplepantry.comI grabbed some Stivali Sweet Rosso wine, as well as some Pomegranate Italian Soda, and chilled them beforehand, just so I could have a head start in enjoying this drink. I was anxious. That happens when your site has been down for days and you see your livelihood slipping away.

It was a dark time, my friends. Ha ha ha.

And using frozen fruit also helps cool down the mixture while slowly infusing the delicious fruit flavors! I grabbed HEB varieties, and ended up using the mango, papaya, and strawberries mix. It was perfection!

3 Ingredient Red Sangria | asimplepantry.comIf you follow me on Snapchat (asimplepantry, or use the snapcode in my sidebar), then you’d likely have seen me make this last week. It was a lot of fun, and I had a lot of interaction with people who are fellow foodies and sangria lovers.

I collected my snaps and put them together to make this short little video. Kind of annoyed that the downloads didn’t keep the text overlay, but whatever I guess!

So if you aren’t following me on Snapchat, you should get to it. It’s a lot of fun. Especially when you are delirious from being unable to access your blog for three damn days. I’ll definitely be hitting up HEB again so I can make the other delicious varieties they shared with me that weekend. They were sooooo good. So stay tuned, my friends. But for now, enjoy this 3 ingredient red sangria, cause it is the booooooomb.

Karly, sorry you had to go through all that. This looks like something that could definitely cheer you up, though! Pretty, too!
