Peppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comI love to share. I swear there are days I don’t eat because I am always giving food away to anyone and everyone. I don’t really need to eat, anyway. Kidding! But since we’re in the countdown to Christmas, I am really pushing up my gift-giving sleeves and pumping out some primo goodies, like these Peppermint Macarons, to share with friends, family, and everyone in between!

Peppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comPeppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comMacarons have always been one of my specialties, but I haven’t made them since my oven was replaced, so this seemed like the perfect time to see how well it would perform under the pressure of the touchiness that is a macaron. Ha.

I had everything ready to go, because I have a long list of people deserving of some holiday cheer, including, but not limited to, Ange, Jamie, Paige, my amazing FedEx guy, and my girls’ teachers!

Peppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comPeppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comTo make things really special, I packaged up all my little macarons in Rubbermaid TakeAlongs that I picked up at Walmart. They have fun, festive colors for the holidays, but I went with red to complement my red, peppermint macarons. I love how the Quik Clik Seal® keeps my delicate cookies safe and secure, so I can send them off without worrying about the lids coming off and my little pretties being destroyed. And since they are microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe, my recipients can enjoy them even after they’ve devoured their treats!

Peppermint Macarons | asmiplepantry.comI whipped up some adorable printables that you can stick on your Rubbermaid TakeAlongs to personalize them and make them super fun and giftable! I ran some plain sticker paper through my printer and cut out the pieces and slapped them on. Works perfectly! I added my peppermint macarons to some square and deep rectangle containers, then I tied them up in some cute baker’s twine and will be sending them on their merry way to all my dear people out there!

You can download the printables by clicking HERE!

Be sure you grab this $1 Off Of Any 2 Rubbermaid TakeAlongs Products rebate offer, exclusive to Walmart shoppers! Then head out and grab everything so you can make these perfectly giftable peppermint macarons!

I’ve tried to make these a few times but I can never get them to bake even- They’re delicious and fun to play with the flavors but something about my egg whites I think I mess up- or the portioning? Maybe I’ll try your recipe! #client
