Spicy Mexican Bruschetta

Spicy Mexican Bruschetta | asimplepantry.comCan you guys believe 2015 is almost over?!? What happened! I swear it just flew by, how rude. But since it is what it is, let’s talk about this Spicy Mexican Bruschetta! Woo! It’s perfect for a NYE party, because they are little bite-sized pieces of deliciousness! Shaking up my traditional bruschetta routine, I swapped out the basil for cilantro and the feta for queso fresco!

I took things one step further, though, by prepping the bread with some amazing Sweet Guajillo Pepper Cottonseed Oil. Sooooooo tasty. If you’ve never tried it before, it is a total must. I use it in so many Mexican dishes because the flavor is just outstanding, so it’s perfect for this spicy mexican bruschetta. Yum.
