There are days when I’m craving a sweet treat but don’t have the time or energy to make something extravagant like a layered cake, macarons, or twelve dozen cookies. Plus, I really don’t want to have so many goodies just sitting around, begging me to eat them. Because I will. Oh yes indeed, feed me all the sugar. For these reasons, I love a good skillet cookie. They are so simple to make, and small enough for a single serving for everyone in the family, how can you possibly go wrong with that? And this white chocolate chip skillet cookie takes decadence to a whole new level of awesome.
Fo realz, yo.

Give this white chocolate chip skillet cookie a try sometime, you won’t be disappointed!
What kind of cookie would you like to see skilletized?
You like that? Skilletized? I’m a wordsmith, I swear it.

Hi! I found your recipe and was so excited to try it. I cooked it for 25 minutes at 350 and it came out very gooey. I’m not sure if I did something wrong. Any ideas? I’m just cooking it a bit more to see if that fixes it. It might be high altitude as I am in Utah. Thanks for posting!
Karly says
Oh shoot, Savannah, it probably is because of the altitude. It should be just a tiny bit gooey, but not an undercooked gooey. I would try a couple extra tablespoons of flour, and some extra baking time. If that doesn’t work, I would increase the temperature to 375! I hope that helps!

Thanks Ginnie! And I agree, I can rarely have cookies or cake without ice cream, especially when they are still warm and it gets all melt-y. Yum!
