Blueberry Mint Sorbet + Giveaway

Beautiful Blueberry Mint Sorbet | asimplepantry.comI’m baaaaaaaaaaack! Well, kind of. We just moved into our new place last week, then waited like four days for the stove to be fixed, and another two days to get Internet turned on…and yay! Life is finally starting to normalize! So why not celebrate with a treat like this amazingly simple Blueberry Mint Sorbet?

Beautiful Blueberry Mint Sorbet | asimplepantry.comBeautiful Blueberry Mint Sorbet | asimplepantry.comThe difference between sorbet and regular ice cream is that sorbet doesn’t include any dairy, so the ingredients are very simple, just juice, water, and simple syrup! This blueberry mint sorbet is my new fave cold treat, and it will be yours as well, I promise, especially since it’s soooo easy to make. So easy. You’re welcome.

You can get the full recipe for this delicious Blueberry Mint Sorbet over on the Hamilton Beach blog: Everyday Good Thinking!

How would you like to win your own awesome ice cream maker?!? One lucky reader will win the exact same Hamilton Beach 1.5 Quart Ice Cream Maker that I have, and love! Giveaway ends 06/14/2015 and the winner will be notified via email! Enter now!

Ok, I’m normally a cream-based ice-cream kind of girl. But with this flavor combination, I’ll make an exception! Hope you are settling into your new digs!
