More breakfast! Yay! Though, to be fair, you could have these Easy Lemon Glazed Blueberry Scones as a mid-afternoon snack, like tea time. That’s the British thing to do, right? Someone please school me, because I love a good excuse to eat my fave things at non-traditional times.

So yeah, easy lemon glazed blueberry scones. They are a great way to use some of those deliciously in-season blueberries. They get hot and squishy all up in those scones, and oh man, are they ever amazing complimented with some fresh lemon zest. You need these in your life, ASAP.

Nothing like a good scone! Especially one with a lemon glaze – those look fab! As an American Expat living in the UK, it does seem like any time is a good time to eat scones so long as their is a pot of tea near by 🙂
