A win for easy recipes, these Greek Meatballs (Keftedes) are ready to eat in 30 minutes, making them a perfect weeknight dinner! | asimplepantry.comAround this house, we love to hit up easy recipes for dinner, and more often than not they are of the Mexican variety, like these egg-in-a-hole, or cheesy Mexican chili rice.

I mean, what’s not to love, am I right, or am I right?

But every now and again I love to get away from my usual fare and travel over to my other favorite flavor profile: Greek.

A win for easy recipes, these Greek Meatballs (Keftedes) are ready to eat in 30 minutes, making them a perfect weeknight dinner! | asimplepantry.comThese Greek meatballs are seriously life. And unlike traditional meatballs, these little delights are loaded with delicious fresh herbs for a lighter, more vibrant flavor. Paired with ground turkey, and you are looking at one of the best ways to get turkey off of Thanksgiving menu and into your everyday meal repertoire.

I adore turkey so much because it is naturally low in fat and provides immune-boosting nutrients like iron, potassium, and zinc. It’s a great lean protein that helps the whole family feel full, plus it also soaks up all the flavors from the seasonings it’s cooked with, making it a versatile protein.

Hollatcha yo!

You could eat them all on their lonesome and be perfectly content, but I love to whip up my signature Greek salad to serve alongside, as well as some warm pita bread and tzatziki. SO MANY NOMS.

The girls gobbled these up in no time flat. I was so proud. Breaking out of our routine and trying something new that they actually like?!

NEVER HAPPENS.

But these Greek meatballs are an easy recipes goal. So if I were you, I would break out the grill, grab some turkey, and get to making these here flavorful balls of amazingness.

If grilling isn’t an option, how long/at what temp would you bake them?
