Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Make the perfect party appetizer with these goat cheese, prosciutto, and cranberry crostini!I am a huge lover of fine finger foods. Especially delicious, fun, unique finger foods. A fusion of flavors, both sweet and salty, and texture to boot. That’s what you’re going to get with these goat cheese, prosciutto, and cranberry crostini. They are layer after layer of complimentary flavors, topped with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and chopped walnuts. These babies are perfect for a holiday party or just whenever, they come together in a snap!

Make the perfect party appetizer with these goat cheese, prosciutto, and cranberry crostini!I decided to make these goat cheese, prosciutto, and cranberry crostini after receiving this amazing cutting board from CuttingBoard.com! Seriously, how gorgeous is it?  And did you know, all of the cutting boards and butcher blocks on CuttingBoard.com are 100% environmentally friendly and certified sustainable, renewable, or reclaimed? I love that!

Owned by Mike and Grant, they personally curate the content after extensive study and handling of each piece, which are often sourced from independent artisans and woodworkers, plus they are members of 1% For The Planet, and donate a portion of each purchase towards environmental causes. They works hard to make sure you are getting a product that doesn’t leave a negative impact on the planet, so I love to support a business like that!

Shall we make some crostini? You’re going to start with a nice French baguette and slice it into about 24 pieces (give or take), then slather on a thick layer of goat cheese. Go nuts with the cheese, so yum.
