One Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara

One Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara | asimplepantry.comI love the word gnocchi. It’s fun to say. Gnocchi is also fun to look at, because I mean, they are tiny little potato dumplings. Except, I can’t tell my kids that gnocchi are potatoes. They would never in a million years try it if I told them potatoes were involved in this dish. My weird, potato-shunning children. I swear they are not mine. But their love for this One Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara is something they get from me. So I guess I will keep them. If I must.

Jeez.

Also, do you see that cheese action? That’s compliments of Afton. She rocked out as my helper.

One Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara | asimplepantry.comOne Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara | asimplepantry.comWe were walking around the store on a mission to buy more gnocchi, because for some reason I forgot I was in a six-person household, and Afton was so enamored with them that she kept bouncing up and down as she walked, saying gnocchi dumpling over and over and over again. Drove me insane. BUT! We got out of there in record time. I am still amazed. Me, plus four girls, in and out in under five minutes. Where’s Guinness when you need ’em? I feel like I deserve an award here.

This dish right here, this one pot spicy gnocchi marinara, it’s so freaking yum. It’s full-bodied, like a great wine, but without all the alcohol. Because, you know, I drank it already. But this dish is full of flavor. It’s one part my own awesomeness (#notahumblebrag), and one part Bertolli Riserva awesomeness. I will share the spotlight, because Bertolli deserves it.

One Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara | asimplepantry.comOne Pot Spicy Gnocchi Marinara | asimplepantry.comDiiiiiid you know that Bertolli has teamed up with No Kid Hungry to give 500,000 meals to kids in need! Just tag your photos on social media with #MyTuscanTable and Bertolli will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry, which makes 10 meals to feed needy kids here in America. How freaking cool is that? No kid deserves to be hungry, so get tagging, my friends.

And then make this one pot spicy gnocchi marinara, and go share it on IG and hashtag that ish with #asimplepantry so I can see how it came out!

I am missing the “Spicy” in the recipe. This looks delicious but where is the spicy? Did you omit an ingredient?
