Orange Gin Buck Recipe | asimplepantry.comWhen I’m out and about with the girls, people are always asking me if they are all mine, if the middle two are twins, and how on Earth do I maintain my sanity. Bless your heart, they say. Indeed, raising four girls who are all close in age (6, 5, 4, 2) is no walk in the park, no matter how well-behaved they are (and they are!), and I oft find myself literally and figuratively exhausted by the end of the day. Mama needs a spa day, but I am way too cheap and lazy to go to an actual spa, so having an at-home spa day is a must. Also, sparkling drinks make everything better. Especially with alcohol. Like this Orange Gin Buck.

Orange Gin Buck Recipe | asimplepantry.comIt’s a very simple drink, which is perfect for a spa day, because I am looking for easy, relaxing, awesome. So of course I turned to Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water, because all those fizzy bubbles are just simply the best. I used the Mandarin Orange flavor for obvious reasons, but you can always go with the Lemon Lime variety if your tastebuds fancy that. Mine fancy all the flavors, including Cherry Pomegranate, and Mixed Berry. Tiny bubbles, FTW, I think. Also, no sodium, no calories, and natural flavors are kind of a huge deal for me.

Orange Gin Buck Recipe | asimplepantry.comOrange Gin Buck Recipe | asimplepantry.comWhile I’m sipping on my orange gin buck, I’ll be sporting a nice mud mask, while bathing in refreshingly scented warm water, with a slew of pretty creams and lotions waiting to turn back the clock on aging. Cause I’m getting old, folks. No more wrinkles for this girl. Nope. So I definitely take my spa days seriously, because there is nothing worse for aging than a heaping pile of stress.
