Tis the season for the perfect appetizer: perfect for popping, perfect for sharing, and perfect for all those holiday parties! These Meatball Crostini will wow the crowd with their incredible taste, while taking less than 30 minutes to make and using only five ingredients! Holla!

I’m going to be completely honest here and tell you that the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Gournay Cheese pretty much makes these meatball crostini what they are: amazing. Soooo much flavor. And it’s so creamy and spreadable!
Because of the amount of flavor in the Boursin® cheese, you don’t really need to adjust the seasonings of the other ingredients. Pick up (or make and freeze) some good quality Italian meatballs and pasta sauce and you’re really good to go in terms of flavor. I personally grabbed everything from Walmart, since I could find Boursin® in the deli bunker, Good Value meatballs and pasta sauce, as well as mozzarella cheese in the grocery department. Hello easy. And cheap! Holla!
I just love how perfectly poppable these meatball crostini are. Two bites and gone! Unless you have a really big mouth. Then it’s one. Eat it sushi-style, yo, ha ha ha. But really, this appetizer comes together with such quickness, you’ll be impatient waiting the few minutes for them to bake and eat!
Or is that just me? Who knows. You tell me. Tell me all the things. Right meow.
Make these bad boys for your next holiday party and wow the crowd with all that delicious flavor! If you have a stockpile of less than stellar meatballs and sauce, don’t fret! Just sprinkle everything with a little Italian seasoning to bring them up to the level of the Boursin® cheese and you’ll be good to go!
Did you know?? Boursin® is hosting a super fun Instagram contest! All you have to do is take a photo of your party dish made with Boursin® and post it with the tags #boursinparty and #walmart for a chance to win a $500, $250, or $100 Walmart giftcard! How awesome is that! The contest is live from Nov. 15-Dec. 30, 2015, so get snapping! Full details HERE.

It’s pretty disappointing that no one has responded to the comments asking for clarity of the actual recipe.

The meatballs look cooked to me so Iโd cook them in the sauce and proceed from there..itโs a poorly written โ recipeโ but a good idea! Hope this helps

My 8 year old son wanted to make this, but he had no recipe to follow. A video doesn’t help with reading and math skills. Disappointed but there are plenty of other websites. Not headed back to this one.

There are no instructions to this recipe… These look delicious but for someone who is not great in the kitchen, I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do here. Do I cook the meatballs in the sauce before putting them on the baguettes? How long do I bake? Or do I broil?

I love this one! I will be making these soon.

I tried this and making it again. Adding more cheese. My baguette was larger so I cut the meatball in half. It was a huge hit with our guests. Recommend wholeheartedly

You put the frozen meatballs on top of the Baguette without cooking it first?
